Darrell Lynn Tate II

Darrell tavaly a Szerb Indrija Indiansnál játszott néhány mérkőzést, köztük a Vukovi Beograd csapata ellen is.

Amikor erről kérdeztem és arról, hogy milyenek az első itteni benyomásai, azt válaszolta hogy az első Wolves edzését elnézve nagyon tetszik neki a professzionális mentalitás, amit a csapaton és az edzés szervezettségén lát.

There has been an unusual addition to the Wolves roster on Wednesday, by the arrival of American running back Darrell Lynn Tate II.

During his long journey, Darrell used 4 different flights and arrived in Budapest on Wednesday night. At the airport, he was greeted by Wolves president Mátyás Hubay, who presented Darrell with his new no. 34 jersey.

From the airport they headed straight to practice to greet the team.

Last year, Darrell played 4 games in Serbia for the Inđija Indians, one of which was against our long time rival the Vukovi Beograd.

When I asked him about that experience, and about his first impressions here, he answered that seeing the Wolves practice, he likes the professional approach that the players and coaches display.

Before making his decision to come to Budapest, Darrell negotiated with all HFL teams and some teams in Germany. Finally, he decided to choose us over the Tigers.

Darrell first practiced with the team on Thursday, and on Saturday he will head to Austria with the team, where we will have a joint practice/scrimmage with the AFL contender Graz Giants.
